Our client is seeking dynamic individuals to join our clients team as Sales Account Representatives. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in driving our customer-centric service strategy, delivering essential organization, business process, and technology capabilities necessary to provide top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate a consultative sales approach to meet client objectives and goals.
• Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized business advertisers, increasing revenue through heightened product knowledge.
• Research and gain a deep understanding of industry verticals and client business models.
• Identify sales opportunities and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
• Personalize client recommendations, optimizing product adoption and improving client experiences.
• Proactively engage with clients via outbound calls and email, assessing product performance and offering insights to optimize advertisements and increase investments.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, primarily in outbound sales.
• Total work experience of 3 years or 2 years with a degree in Sales/Marketing or related field.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous inside sales experience, emphasizing both outbound and inbound calling.
• Experience with quota-based sales, demonstrating impact on performance and promotion.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and adaptability.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments.
