Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Full Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join us at our Prince of Wales location!

What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor staff arrival & departure
- Assist servers during peek hours
- Supervise dining room setup
- Responsible for group billing
- All opening and closing duties
- Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints
- Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge
- To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures.
- To ensure all equipment in the department is correctly used, maintained and properly stored and is always kept clean, that inventory preparation is carried out and ensuring department is running efficiently.
- To be responsible for any monetary transactions during shift.
- All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Reliable transportation to Niagara-on-the-Lake
- Excellent communication and a strong ability to handle guest complaints
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
