Job Description
Responsibility
- Answer phones, respond to emails and voice messages, and attend to issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter orders and ensure product availability
- Be knowledgeable of products being sold and what needs to be sold
- Be a good representation of the company in your interactions with customers.
- Process order forms, entering orders accordingly.
- Attend to any take offs or add-ons, handle issues as they arise.
- Problem solving: put out ad-hoc fires
- Collaborate with other Sales Representatives as need be
Requirements
- 1-2 years similar experience (floral experience an asset)
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
- Accuracy and detail oriented is essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate Computer Skills (w/ MS Office knowledge and fast keyboard/typing skills)
- Intermediate Excel Skills
Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (may be later during busy seasons)
Position Start Date: April or May 2024
