Job Description

Responsibility

  • Answer phones, respond to emails and voice messages, and attend to issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter orders and ensure product availability
  • Be knowledgeable of products being sold and what needs to be sold
  • Be a good representation of the company in your interactions with customers.
  • Process order forms, entering orders accordingly.
  • Attend to any take offs or add-ons, handle issues as they arise.
  • Problem solving: put out ad-hoc fires
  • Collaborate with other Sales Representatives as need be

Requirements

  • 1-2 years similar experience (floral experience an asset)
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Accuracy and detail oriented is essential
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Computer Skills (w/ MS Office knowledge and fast keyboard/typing skills)
  • Intermediate Excel Skills

Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (may be later during busy seasons)

Position Start Date: April or May 2024
