Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team and work to maintain our customer’s facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks such as: cleaning, repairing concrete, forming, industrial coating of surfaces, operating forklift, repairs within confined spaces and other general duties as needed. This position also requires the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose any problems that may arise, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and machinery.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow safety protocols when performing maintenance tasks.
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
*Must possess class G drivers license
