Ultimate Cleaners is one of Port Colborne’s newest cleaning companies in town and we are rapidly growing! Are you an organized multitasker looking for a dynamic position? We are looking for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing cleaning business!
As an Area Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a start-up company that will allow you to lead a business. The role is focused on maximizing, maintaining, and managing schedules, quoting a variety of services, upholding health and safety standards, and developing a team across the Port Colborne region.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Create weekly and monthly schedules
- Builds estimates and pricing for standard and special jobs (i.e. residential, commercial, event, etc)
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and resolve enquiries.
- Speak and meet with new and existing clients on ad-hoc basis to become a trusted advisor
- Reduce calendar friction to ensure maximized forecast profitability
- Cleaning, supervising, train, motivate, and manage employees
- Implement and monitor strict Health and Safety practices
- Maintain inventory, stock replenishment and product supplies
- All other related tasks
Qualifications & Experience
Must Haves
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Cleaning experience required
- Skilled communicator
- Organization and work planning
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean Driving Abstract
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice to Haves
- Prior experience with residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and/or event clean-up
- Google Suits Proficiency
- WHMIS
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Part time leading to full time hours
- Evenings and Weekends
Work Location: In person
