Horticulture Technician

If you enjoy gardening, working outdoors and have a passion or back ground in Horticulture then this position is for you!

Position includes maintaining commercial and residential landscape/gardens, assisting on new plant installs, mulching, sodding and seasonal planters

Applicants must have some previous gardening experience, either for commercial or residential clients.

Plant Identification and knowledge of how to care for plants is an asset

Applicants must be comfortable using pruning equipment, line trimmers, blowers and push mowers.

Must be a mature individual with an eye for detail, a great attitude and a customer first approach

Clean Driving abstract is an asset with a full G License , we are on a bus route if you do not have a drivers license

Requirements:

The idea candidate will be a mature individual with a customer first approach with an eye for detail and has successfully completed a Horticulture Diploma. They should be a team player and be able to work individually when needed.
