We’re hiring multiple bartenders for Mellow Yellow Sips, a boutique refreshment bar opening this summer in Crystal Beach, Ontario!
About the Role:
We’re hiring multiple bartenders to join our summer opening team. You’ll be mixing drinks either behind our indoor counter or under the patio gazebo—depending on the day. We’re just steps from the beach, so expect a fun, lively atmosphere filled with vacationers and locals looking to unwind. No matter where you’re stationed, you’ll help create a laid-back, welcoming vibe that keeps people coming back all summer long.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Mix and serve cocktails, iced lattes, and other drinks

Greet customers and create a warm, inviting experience

Handle payments and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Contribute to the overall energy and feel of the space

Support teammates across the bar and counter as needed
Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, dependable, and easy to work with

Previous bartending or café experience is a plus, but not required

Comfortable in fast-paced environments

Flexible and willing to work both indoors and outdoors

You bring great energy to every shift and take pride in what you do

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Smart Serve certified (or willing to get certified)
