Smart Serve training will provide the skills and knowledge required to work in any environment where alcohol is sold, served, or sampled in the province of Ontario.  The facilitator is there to assist in the understanding of the material and help answer any questions or concerns during practice modules; however, the final test is to be completed independently in silence while proctored via webcam.
