Have you ever considered a role in Customer Service or Sales? What are some of the key qualities or skills you’ll require to be successful in these roles? Join us for an extended-style training that touches on the key skills you’ll need for many roles in customer service or even retail sales.
You’ll learn about how to quickly identify your clients communications styles, and undertand how to speak into their world. We’ll discuss how to use Point-of-Sale systems, debit machines and practice handling money and making changes.
Plus, we’ll even hear from some key employers who are hiring for these positions, so you can hear first hand what they’re looking for in their employees.
