Interview Skills – You be the S.T.A.R.!

Strong Interview skills are the most important part of a job search process. Any resume can get you in the door, but a good interview can get you any job!

Without asking, most hiring managers are grading you based on your ability to respond to questions using the S.T.A.R response method, and with this workshop under your belt there’s no doubt that you will be the STAR of your next interview!

In this work shop we will cover:

  • S.T.A.R Method Responses; how to build them and integrate them naturally into your interview responses
  • Build responses to difficult interview questions like, why would be hire you? (Pro Tip: It’s not “because”)
  • How to properly research the company before the interview
  • Acceptable ways to show up to an interview; what to bring and what not to bring
