Bartender

Situated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills at one of Niagara’s Top restaurants!

Please note: The successful applicant must be available to work every Sunday and Monday.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
• Meeting established up-selling and sales goals.
• Make drinks for the lounge guests and restaurant servers, strictly based on orders rung through the Point of Sale system.
• Pick-up food from the kitchen and serve it to Guests.
• Keep bar area clean.
• Fill and put away bar requisition.
• Stock bar product and equipment.
• Create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for cash floats and deposits.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Extensive wine and beverage knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years of similar experience in the field.
• Smart Serve certificate required.
