Job Description
Our client is a trusted expert for steel design, fabrication, and construction and are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join their team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, adept at fabricating, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform lifting and repetitive movements.
Responsibilities:
- Read and understand blueprints.
- Fit and weld parts together according to specifications.
- Set up and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
- Use hand and power tools proficiently.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform lifting and repetitive movements as necessary.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reading blueprints and fabricating
- Ticketed Welder is an asset
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Hardworking attitude and willingness to learn.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
