Position Title:    Hospitality Manager

Summary

The Hospitality Manager is responsible for driving business success through effective sales tactics and hospitality excellence. The mandate includes managing day-to-day operations, sales and standards of the retail hospitality channels, and utilizing marketing tools to facilitate sales activities.

 

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement hospitality standards in accordance to the company vision
  2. Hire and train retail staff to deliver superior service
  3. Schedule staff according to store, special events, and off-site needs
  4. Set and meet sales targets
  5. Drive sales through effective retail marketing and event programs including but not limited to performance management, recruitment, tourism marketing, and community engagement
  6. Develop and drive club membership
  7. Manage retail cash reports and reconciliation
  8. Manage retail and staffing budget
  9. Conduct and report inventory counts
  10. Drive digital assets to achieve sales success
  11. Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Retail Management or Hospitality
  • 5 Years of Retail and Hospitality experience
  • Beverage alcohol industry knowledge preferred
  • Good understanding of utilizing digital media
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and design programs

  • Fluctuating temperature & weather conditions
