DESCRIPTION:The Smart Serve responsible sales\, service\, and delivery training program is approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as the only responsible alcohol training program for Ontario. Smart Serve is a dedicated advocate for a safer and healthier Ontario. \nSmart Serve is required for anyone who is seeking employment that includes the safe service of alcohol at their venue or sell alcohol in a retail sales format. This course is designed to provide assistance to those individuals who require either technology or learning support to achieve this certification.  \nIf you are interested in Smart Serve\, and feel you could achieve this self-guided course yourself independently at home\, please speak to your Employment Coach today\, otherwise\, register your interest in this program here! \nPlease note – your spot is not guaranteed as space is limited\, you will receive a confirmation of your registration via. phone call or email from a PC Works team member! \nIf you have questions\, please call 905 834 3629 x 293.

DESCRIPTION:Skill Up\, a student employment readiness program offered by PC Works. \nSkill Up is designed for Grade 11 – 12 students who want to build essential workplace skills\, strengthen their resumes\, and gain valuable experience to support their future career goals. \nThroughout the program\, students will participate in interactive workshops focused on resume development\, interview skills\, communication\, teamwork\, and workplace readiness. \nIn addition\, all students who complete the program will be eligible to receive $350.
