SUMMARY:Coping with Job Loss
DESCRIPTION:Going through a job loss\, or a career transition can be really tough. There are lots of feelings and thoughts that can be very hard to deal with. Know that you are not alone! \nJoin us for a workshop where we’ll actively address how we are feeling\, and then see if there’s an opportunity for us to re-frame that thinking to help serve us better. \nWe’ll briefly discuss some budgeting tips to help you understand where you’re at and make a plan for what you need next.
