As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you’ll answer inbound calls from customers having problems with their smart phones and computers. Problems range from simple password resets to more complex issues where you can utilize your excellent problem-solving skills. Our skilled team of trainers, team leaders and management are always there to support you. We got your back!
