Job Placement, Matching and Incentives
PC Works Job Development Team work closely with the employer community to identify recruitment needs and employment opportunities. In partnership with the employer, we identify and match the right candidate with the job opportunity. Based on the skill level, experience and knowledge of the candidate, we then explore options for skills development through work experience or on the job training placement. These monetary incentives are available to businesses that are licensed in Ontario, have current WSIB and liability insurance and comply with all applicable legislation including Human Rights, OHSA, ESA and Federal/Provincial regulations.
